BlissHAVEN Terms & Conditions govern your use of the BlissHAVEN website and your purchase, booking, or participation in services, sessions, programs, experiences, resources, retreats, and other offerings provided by BlissHAVEN.

By accessing this website, purchasing or booking an offering, or otherwise engaging with BlissHAVEN, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About BlissHAVEN

BlissHAVEN offers experiences and resources designed to support personal exploration, awareness, wellbeing, and living well.

Offerings may include, but are not limited to, Human Design, Feng Shui, sound and energy-based experiences, movement and somatic practices, educational resources, retreats, private immersions, and other wellbeing experiences.

The nature, duration, format, availability, and pricing of individual offerings may vary.

2. Educational & Personal Wellbeing Purposes

BlissHAVEN offerings are intended for educational, informational, experiential, and personal wellbeing purposes.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition and are not a substitute for medical care, psychological or psychiatric treatment, physiotherapy, financial advice, legal advice, or other licensed professional services.

Nothing communicated through the website, during a session, or through a BlissHAVEN offering should be interpreted as medical or other regulated professional advice.

You remain responsible for determining what is appropriate for your individual circumstances and for seeking qualified professional support when needed.

3. Personal Responsibility

Participation in BlissHAVEN offerings is voluntary.

You are encouraged to use your own judgment and discernment when considering information, observations, practices, suggestions, or experiences shared through BlissHAVEN.

You remain responsible for your own choices, actions, wellbeing, and decisions before, during, and after participation.

If you have a medical condition, injury, mental health concern, are pregnant, or have another circumstance that may affect your ability to safely participate in a particular activity or practice, you should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional when necessary.

4. Results & Outcomes

Every individual and experience is different.

BlissHAVEN does not guarantee any particular physical, emotional, energetic, personal, professional, financial, relationship, health, or other outcome as a result of participating in an offering.

Testimonials and experiences shared by previous clients represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee that you will experience the same results.

5. Booking & Payment

Prices, payment schedules, and accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking, purchase, enrollment, or proposal.

Unless otherwise stated, payment is required according to the terms presented for the particular offering.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during booking or purchase is complete and accurate.

Certain offerings may require a deposit, payment plan, separate agreement, application, or additional terms before participation is confirmed.

6. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies may vary depending on the nature of the offering.

Any specific policy presented during booking, purchase, enrollment, proposal, or contract will apply to that offering and will form part of these Terms.

For appointments, reasonable notice may be required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations, missed appointments, or failure to attend may result in the session being forfeited or a cancellation fee being charged where disclosed at the time of booking.

Retreats, private immersions, packages, programs, and other extended experiences may have separate cancellation and refund terms.

7. The Resonance Method

The Resonance Method: Private Immersion is a personalized, longer-term experience and is subject to its own proposal, agreement, payment terms, participation expectations, cancellation provisions, and other conditions.

Where the terms of a signed agreement for The Resonance Method™ differ from these general Terms & Conditions, the terms of that specific agreement will govern the private immersion.

8. Human Design

Human Design analyses are offered as a tool for self-exploration, reflection, and personal awareness.

Interpretations are based on the Human Design system and the birth information supplied by the client. You are responsible for providing accurate birth information.

Human Design should not be relied upon as the sole basis for significant medical, legal, financial, relationship, career, or other life decisions.

9. Feng Shui

Feng Shui services are intended to provide observations, education, and recommendations relating to your environment and its use.

You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to implement any recommendations.

BlissHAVEN is not responsible for construction, renovation, structural, electrical, architectural, real estate, financial, or other professional decisions arising from Feng Shui recommendations. Appropriate licensed professionals should be consulted where necessary.

10. Energy & Sound-Based Experiences

Energy-Sound Recalibration and other sound or energy-based offerings are intended as complementary wellbeing experiences.

Experiences and responses vary from person to person. No particular energetic, emotional, physical, or other response is guaranteed.

These services are not medical treatment and should not be used as a replacement for appropriate healthcare.

11. Virtual & Distance Services

Certain BlissHAVEN offerings may be provided virtually through platforms such as Zoom or through distance-based formats.

You are responsible for having an appropriate device, internet connection, and private or suitable environment where required.

While reasonable efforts will be made to provide a smooth virtual experience, BlissHAVEN cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party technology or internet services.

If a significant technical issue originating on the BlissHAVEN side prevents a session from taking place, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or otherwise address the affected service.

12. Retreats & In-Person Experiences

Retreats, travel experiences, workshops, or other in-person events may be subject to additional participation agreements, waivers, cancellation policies, travel requirements, or terms specific to the experience.

Those terms will be provided separately where applicable.

Participants are responsible for complying with applicable travel, health, insurance, documentation, and entry requirements associated with their participation.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content and materials provided through BlissHAVEN—including written content, videos, audio recordings, exercises, frameworks, presentations, graphics, resources, course materials, and other original materials—are owned by or licensed to BlissHAVEN and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Resonance Method™ and its associated original materials, frameworks, language, and resources are proprietary to BlissHAVEN/Maggie Thomas to the extent protected by applicable law.

Materials are provided for your personal, non-commercial use unless written permission is granted otherwise.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, teach, modify, license, commercially exploit, or represent BlissHAVEN materials as your own without prior written permission.

14. Recordings & Confidentiality

Private sessions may not be recorded by either party without appropriate consent.

Information you share within a private session or client relationship will be treated with care and discretion, subject to applicable law and the BlissHAVEN Privacy Policy.

Group experiences, workshops, or retreats may involve interaction with other participants. Participants are expected to respect the privacy of others and not share another participant's personal information or experiences without their permission.

BlissHAVEN cannot guarantee the actions or confidentiality of other participants.

15. Website & Resources

BlissHAVEN aims to provide accurate and thoughtful information; however, website content and resources may be updated, changed, removed, or expanded at any time.

Information on the website is provided for general informational purposes and should not be relied upon as individualized professional advice.

BlissHAVEN does not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, or free from technical errors.

16. Third-Party Services & Links

BlissHAVEN may use or link to third-party platforms for scheduling, payment processing, communication, video conferencing, forms, resources, or other services.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.

BlissHAVEN is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of independent third-party websites or platforms.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BlissHAVEN and its owner, representatives, contractors, and collaborators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of the website or participation in an offering.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

18. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with the BlissHAVEN Privacy Policy.

By submitting information through the website, booking a service, or participating in an offering, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service and operate the business.

19. Changes to Offerings & Terms

BlissHAVEN reserves the right to modify its website, services, offerings, availability, pricing, and these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Changes to these general Terms will apply prospectively from the date the updated Terms are published, unless otherwise required by law.

Terms already agreed to under a separate signed client agreement will remain subject to that agreement.

20. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions will be governed by the laws applicable to BlissHAVEN's business location (Ontario, Canada), subject to any mandatory consumer protections or other rights that may apply in the jurisdiction where you reside.
